STEPHEN A. ARBUCKLE
Mr. Stephen Arbuckle, a licensed real
estate broker by the State of Florida,
is the President of Maddux and Company,
and has been with the firm since 1979.
Preceding his arrival at Maduxx and
Company, Mr. Arbuckle came from Uniroyal Chemical
Corporation in Naugatuck, Connecticut,
where he was National Sales Manager.
Stephen Arbuckle holds a Bachelor of
Science degree
from Purdue University in marketing and
economics and an MBA from Southern
Illinois University. He has been both
Treasurer and Secretary for the Board of
Directors of the Commercial Association
of the Greater Miami and the
Beaches Board of Realtors. Mr. Arbuckle
presently serves as the Chairman of the
Grievance Committee for the Commercial
Association.
Like all of the Maddux and Company
Associates, Stephen A. Arbuckle works strictly on
commission and searches for or markets
a maximum of twenty properties at any
given time to ensure that each property
is properly handled. He was one of the
brokers involved in the Falls Shopping
Center sale, as well as numerous other
properties throughout the state of
Florida including: 16 retail acres on
Military Trail in Palm Beach County for
First Union National Bank, the former
Perrine Plaza Shopping Center, 14 acres
for $4,800,000.00, a 14,700 sq. ft.
office building at 866 Ponce de Leon in
Coral Gables for $1,625,000, 77 unzoned
acres west of the Florida Turnpike,
north of NW 41 Street for $1,700,000.00,
the Sherwood Forrest Apartments in
Brandon Florida for $6,900,000 and
presently has 12.4 retail acres on
Biscayne Boulevard under contract by a
national retailer. Mr. Arbuckle was the
real estate broker selected by the City
of Miami and the Brickell heirs to
exclusively market and sell a Downtown
Miami
city park.
JOHN S. WESTON
Scott Weston has been a broker/partner
of Maddux and Company for over 20 years.
His educational background touts a
Bachelor of Science and
Masters of Science degree from North
Carolina State University, where he was
a member and captain of the track and cross country team for four years.
Over the years, Mr. Weston has sat on
the Board of Governors of the Southwest Y.M.C.A. as well as the Board of
Trustees of the Fellowship of Christian
Athletes. Currently he is on the Board
of Trustees of South Miami Hospital,
Baptist Health Enterprises and Baptist
Health Systems.
During his real estate career Mr. Weston
has sold or leased over $100,000,000.00
of Commercial Real Estate. His prime
focus has been upscale office and
warehouse sales, leasing and management.
Mr. Weston is one of the leading Brokers
in Miami-Dade County for the sale of
office/warehouse condominium units.
